CONTINUING REGISTRATION GUIDE

When does it take place?
From July 17 to 24, 2025
(According to the official University of Zaragoza admissions and registration calendar for the 2025–2026 academic year)

Where and how do I register?
Registration must be completed in person at the ETUZ Office of the Secretary, by appointment

Required Documentation
You must submit the following to the Office of the Secretary:
- Completed and signed registration form
- Proof of payment for the first instalment of tuition, issued in the student’s name
- Valid ID (DNI) and a photocopy of the ID (only if the one provided last year has expired)
- SEPA mandate form (only if you wish to change your bank account details for direct debit)
Additional documents (if applicable):
- Large family certificate: photocopy of the valid ID card and certificate
- MEFP scholarship application: photocopy of the application confirmation
- Basque Government scholarship application: photocopy of the application confirmation
- ️ Accident insurance (mandatory if you are 28 years old or older): copy of the policy or payment receipt
